Mock Overall Performance Framework
A list of indicators and defined targets for them is an essential annex to a Monitoring and Evaluation Plan. The Overall Performance Framework is a comprehensive list of indicators, targets and data collection methods. It is based on the Global Fund's Performance Framework (also referred to as Attachment A), making it easy for country teams to develop a Global Fund proposal-specific Attachment A whenever needed.
The mock overall performance framework is only an example of how this overall performance framework could be filled out. The indicators listed here are taken from the Global Fund Monitoring and Evaluation Toolkit (Third Edition, February 2009). Please also refer to the RBM Guidelines for Core Population-Based Indicators.
