Monitoring and Evaluation Plan Guidelines (Guidelines for submission of an M&E plan for Global Fund grants)
These guidelines are intended to inform the country coordinating mechanisms, the principal recipient, the sub-recipients, the local funding agent, and the fund portfolio manager about the minimum requirements for the submission of an M&E plan for Global Fund grants.
In the context of Global Fund grants, the guidelines give an overview of desired content of the monitoring and evaluation plan and how it should relate to grants’ performance frameworks.
